Opting In

On this page, we provide a step by step description of how our prospective customers go about opting into receiving communication from our X-Info Webservices chat bot.

Customer consent is at the cornerstone of your privacy.

Step 01

On your first time sending any message to our WhatsApp number, you will be greeted with a response asking if you would like to opt in to receiving messages from our service.

Step 02

A user may choose to opt in by sending the word "IN" or opt out by sending the word "OUT". If the user opts out, the conversation does not continue to the next stage.

Step 03

If the user has opted in, they will receive a message prompting them to register for use of the service.
